end the page with {{Languages}} and [[Category:Help]]

 [[Category:Help]]

[edit] non-english pages

create a page with the heading in your language
start this page with a redirect #REDIRECT [[englishPageName]] in the first line
write in the second line only the [[category:languageTag]]-Tag
save this file and create a new page where you redirected to
end the page with the template {{Languages/LinkToHelp}}
do not add a Help-category to a translated page. Only in the redirect-page

When you upload a image, please start yout comment with [IMAGE]
When you upload a language-file
- name the file with the language name in english. (i.e. German language: German.zip)
- use a Zip-file
- Start your comment with the name of the language
- end your comment with [[Category:LanguageFile]]
