Auto Continue Mode
From Jaangle Music Organizer Wiki
[edit] Auto Continue ("Auto dj-mode")
Jaangle has the ability to continue to play random tracks from your collection(s) when it reached the end of your play list.
To enable this feature, click the Configuration icon in the upper-left corner of the play list and choose "Auto Continue".
[edit] Auto Continue Modes:
Use Auto Continue modes to filter the tracks Jaangle adds to your play list. (You don't need Auto Continue to be enabled to set this option - but it needs to be enabled however to be of any use).
All (default) Jaangle will choose randomly from all the collections.
Artist Jaangle will choose randomly from the artist of the last played track.
Album Jaangle will choose randomly from the album of the last played track. (Currently this also locks Jaangle on the current Artist so it won’t work on albums with several artists).
Genre Jaangle will choose randomly from the genre of the last played track.
Year Jaangle will choose randomly from the year of the last played track.
Collection Jaangle will choose randomly from the collection of the last played track.
New Jaangle will choose randomly from the tracks flagged as "New" by the system. (By default a track is flagged "New" in 100 days).
[edit] Notes:
Jaangle will re-set the filter if tracks are added (enqueued) manually to the play list.
Jaangle never plays a track with a negative rating and tries not to play the same track twice, however if the same song is present in two or several files this can’t be guaranteed.
